Today, companies such as Amazon or Target have built huge powerful websites and created call centers that don’t really cater to the needs of their vehicle based customers, but rather to sales and profits of whatever product, while seriously lacking in old-fashioned customer service, accurate parts support, and follow through. We will be the company that the general public turns to for USA-based high-end personalized customer service, related to their trucks and other vehicles, instead of forcing customers to click around for the best price, as we offer the best price, respectively, in most cases, anyway. We plan on getting to know you and your truck or other vehicle, not just your account or credit card #. We intend to out-do the competition when it comes to pricing, service and design of custom cargo management products for trucks and other vehicles as well as all other related accessories. With that in mind, our general consumer needs a place to turn to these days and in the future, where they not only place an order, but where they find a live human being located in the USA to speak to in confidence, and who provides support for them, preferably in fluent USA-based English, rather than lost broken English based on sales and manipulation of offshore employment, for example in India or the Phillipines.
